It has started its business for Asset Management and Alternative Fund Management in November 29, 2018 through certificate of incorporation with RJSC. The company has licensed by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) on 30th January 2020 as Asset Management Company. MBL AML is regulated under Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Mutual Fund) Rules 2001.
We are specialized in Mutual Fund, Provident Fund, Institutional portfolio management and Corporate Advisory services. MBL Asset Management Limited is committed to provide fund management services by investment professionals including CFA charter holder with considerable fund management expertise. Our investments in stocks are based on earnings expectations, attractive valuations, major economic indicators and other various technical, fundamental indicators and factors.

Future Plan
MBL Asset Management Limited is in the process of receiving Venture Capital Financing License within the meaning of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Alternative Investment) Rules 2015.
The company will focus on providing a suite of asset servicing solutions to valued individuals as well as institutional investors. MBL Asset Management Company identify & deliver financial goals and customized financial solutions with the help of highly specialized team. The company will be involved in Mutual Fund, EFT Management and Alternative Investment Fund Management.
Venture capital is also a way in which the private and public sectors can construct an institution that systematically creates business networks for the new firms and industries, so that they can progress and develop. This institution helps identify promising new firms and entrepreneurs and provide them with finance, technical expertise, mentoring, marketing "know-how", and business models. Once integrated into the business network, these firms are more likely to succeed, as they become "nodes" in the search networks for designing & building products in their domain. Thus Venture Capital will be one of the focuses of MBL Asset Management Limited.
Besides it will act as financiers, promoter sponsors, investors, invest in private deals, derivatives and other investment management products and services and all other services permitted by law as a licensed fund manager and asset manager.
